Rotterdam is the largest port in Europe and a primary gateway for cargo destined across the continent. It is a common entry point for Indian exports to Western Europe.

Exports leave Nhava Sheva or Mundra and route via the Suez Canal to Rotterdam. From there, goods reach the rest of the EU efficiently by barge, rail and road thanks to Rotterdam extensive hinterland connections.
